Aryan Khan gets Bail in ‘Mumbai Cruise Ship Drug Bust’


New Delhi:  After 3 weeks of getting detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the cruise ship drug bust case. The Bombay High Court granted bail to actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. The court also granted bail to 2 other accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in their pleas against rejection of their bail applications by the NDPS court.

Aryan Khan, Merchant,, and Dhamecha were in NCB custody since 2nd October, after getting detained from a rave party on a cruise ship. Aryan and two others had approached the High Court after the special NDPS court rejected their pleas in NDPS court. The court ruled that no drugs were found from him. Although, He knew about it and had connections with dealers according to his chats.

The case for Aryan was fought by former Attorney General, Mukul Rohatgi. Mukul Rohatgi after the bail orders addressed the media saying, “SRK was not having proper meals and was providing us constant support to get his son to the justice.” Along with SRK, senior advocates Amit Desai and Satish Maneshinde with the defense team were also part of the bail plea.

Meanwhile, NCP leader Nawab Malik is continuing his attacks over NCB Supervisor Sameer Wankhede. Leading the NCB to start an investigation over Nawab’s allegation.
