New Delhi: As The Borders of Delhi where protesters are protesting against the center’s Three Farm Laws starts clearing, BKU Leader and Spokes-person Rakesh Tikait have warned PM Modi Led NDA government of action if the clearing continues.
Rakesh Tikait has given a final ultimatum and asked for a resolution against the three controversial farm laws by November 26. He said if the govt. fails to do so, the farmers from across the nation will again gather at Delhi protest sites in tractors.
Rakesh Tikait tweeted, “The Central Government has time till 26th November, on 27th November farmers from various villages in India will reach Delhi borders with tractors & strengthen the agitation at protest sites. He hopes to enter Delhi again.
The Protestors are uncomfortable with the removal of barricades. Another reaction came from senior BKU leader Gurnam Singh Chaduni. He announced that farmers will march to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence if any attempt is made to remove the farmers without consent.
Chaduni added in a video message, “The government is trying to open the borders for the past many days. There is chaos and fear among our supporters and it seems we will get removed from roads before Diwali. We warn the government that it should not be mistaken.”
The farmer agitation has been going on for over 10 months now and hence Ghazipur, Singh, and Tikri Border were closed for the same. The Delhi Police on 29th October started opening roads and barricades. After which, the protestors are unhappy with the action.
