New Delhi: In a targeted attack towards Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited Bahujan Samaj Party. The Congress leader, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra lashed out at both SP and BSP, saying they are not fighting for you, but Congress is fighting for the people of UP.
She earlier met, BSP president Mayawati at her residence in New Delhi to offer final prayers to the death of the former Uttar Pradesh chief minister’s mother the day before. Congress leader further added, “The workers of the BSP and the SP had failed to reach out to those in need in the past two years, be it in Unnao, Hathras, or Lakhimpur Kheri.”
She asserted that 18,700 Congress workers, including congress’s state Chief Ajay Kumar Lallu, had been arrested since the Covid-19 pandemic began for questioning. Whereas, SP and BSP did nothing to this extent.

She continued by saying, this is a do-or-die moment for UP Congress. She said, “The Congress once had a slogan, ‘Karo ya Maro i.e. do or die. I want to invoke it again. This is [a] do-or-die [situation] for us now and there is no place for cowardice. Above our selves, it is time to think about the country for its people.”
