New Delhi: In his bid to improve governance and boost ongoing initiatives, PM Narendra Modi is seeking young professionals and suggestions from retiring officials to improve governance via Technology use. Around 77 ministries are planned to be divided into 8 groups for better communication. 
This step of dividing ministries into eight groups was done after brainstorming sessions called “Chintan shivers with each ministry. The meeting lasted for nearly five hours.
All the 77 ministers in the council will be part of these 8 groups and one Union minister will be designated as a group coordinator, A portal will be developed in the minister’s office that will provide updates regarding the performance of the Centre’s flagship schemes and policies, The Portal will provide meeting updates and news for the same in the public domain. Profiles of every state and district will be created. 
Most of the ministers who had given provided ideas during the Chintan Shivers have been given the responsibility of coordinating their respective groups. Details of the plan will be out later. One of the groups has been assigned to set up a mechanism for creating a team of at least three young professionals with command over research, communication, and other key areas, the sources said.
Similarly, a group has been assigned to create a portal that maintains feedback and experiences of the retiring employees, whereas the same for the young under 40 will be created.
