New Delhi: On 29th November, Former Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh met Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. After the meet, Capt. Made remarked that Punjab Lok Congress will form the government state in 2022 in alliance with the BJP and a breakaway Akali faction. This was a courtesy call as defined by the CMO.

When Amarinder Singh was CM, he used to attack the Haryana government on daily basis. The meeting took place the same day when farm laws got repealed in parliament. Captain however clarified, “I had a very nice cup of coffee with the chief minister. It is not that whenever you meet anybody, it was not a political meeting. It was just a courtesy call”

On a media query, He answered, “By God’s will, we and with our seat adjustment with the BJP and with Mr (Sukhdev Singh) Dhindsa’s party (SAD Sanyukt) together will form the government and serve Punjab”

On the repeal of farm laws, He said, “Everything is now over. The three bills (laws) have been repealed by Parliament. Farmers had raised six or seven other issues, which the Government of India has agreed to. “The leader is optimistic about the registration of his party in the next 10 days.
