New Delhi: After comedians, Kunal Kamra and Munawar Farooqui were denied permission for their shows in Bengaluru. Now, Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has invited the two performers to organize his comedy show in Bhopal, BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh.
Digvijay via a tweet asked, “I organize a program for you Kunal and Munnavar in Bhopal. All the responsibility will be mine. The condition will be one, only Digvijay Singh will be the subject of humor.”
He further wrote, “Sanghis should not object to this. Come don’t be afraid Give the date and time at your convenience. All your conditions are acceptable.” The MP also shared an article related to the matter.
In recent times, Munnavar Farooqi was forced to cancel his 12 shows in a row due to pressure from Pro-Hindu groups after which he announced he won’t do live shows anymore. also, He was jailed for a month in Indore, after a police complaint was lodged against Farooqui accusing him of hurting religious sentiments during an event.

Whereas, Kunal Kamra has been famous for his blatant remarks on PM Modi, BJP, and Hindus. These two comedians are constantly facing backlashes from the audience and Hindu groups to apologize and do actual comedy.
