New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with CM Yogi Adityanath went on a surprise night walk and conducted an inspection of infrastructure development works in Varanasi, i.e., PM’s own Lok Sabha constituency. Earlier in the day, PM Modi Inaugurated the Kashi Dham Corridor.
The leaders first visited Godaulia crossing at around midnight. Then, PM Modi again visited the Kashi Vishwanath Dham corridor and took a tour of the temple complex, and briefly looked at every wall and design. He further walked towards the road leading towards Dashashwamedh ghat. There he inquired administration officials about the development works. Few Interactions with the locals were also done by PM Modi and CM Yogi.
The Duo, later on, visited Banaras railway station. Here PM walked on the platforms of the revamped railway station at around 1:13 am. He also inquired about the facilities from the passengers.
On today’s schedule PM Modi on his 2-day visit. He will hold a meeting with the leaders of BJP’s Uttar Pradesh unit. CM Yogi will also be present in the meeting along with BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh.
Today evening, PM Modi will address Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states in the BJP Office of Varanasi. Before leaving for Delhi, he is poised to attend an annual function of Vihangam Yog Samaj at Swarved Mahamandir Dham in Umaraha.
